What type of plastic are your dragons and eggs made from?
We use PLA filament which is a natural, recyclable, thermoplastic polyester that is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane.

I bought two of exact same dragons but the colours aren't exactly the same?
We order our filaments from the same suppliers every month, however sometimes a roll might be slightly different in colour. We try our very best to keep the colours the exact same however this on rare occasions cannot be achieved. This excludes our Mother Dragon Bella as she is printed with a rainbow filament which means each print is unique and we cannot guarantee she will be the rainbow sequence you desire. There looks like there is string between the joints of my dragon?
Filament can be tricky to work with during humid and hot days. When the ambient temperature is warmer than normal this can create stringing in the print. We try our very best to quality check and remove any stringing that may be there before we sell our products. This stringing does disappear after some use of the product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality please contact us via our contact page.

Oh no, an eye has fallen out!
We glue the eyes in every one of our dragons so if this happens pop a small amount of super glue in the eye socket and click the eye back into place.

What age are these dragons appropriate for?
Children and Adults enjoy our dragons! However, due to small parts we do recommend it is not safe for children 3 years of age and under.

The egg locking system does not work anymore?
The locking system in our eggs are designed not to be forced or lock hard. This is so kids can lock and unlock easily. Some filaments can be softer so over time you might find the egg locking system will just continue to spin, this is normal. If your egg does not lock properly after a short period of time, please contact us via our contact page to discuss further.

Refunds/Returns and Exchanges?
If your dragon or egg breaks within the first week of purchase, we are happy to replace you with a new dragon and/or egg (with proof of purchase).
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of product you receive, we are happy for you to return your product for a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
If you wish to exchange your product you can do so within a week of purchase (must have proof of purchase), however you will incur any delivery costs.

Shipping?
We use Sendle and Australia Post for all our shipping needs, and we aim to post all orders within 24 hours of purchase. With the exception of our Ultimate Dragons as these are a print-to-order products. These can take up to 24 hours to print and therefore may take an extra 1-2 days before posting.
